J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Susquehanna International Group en sept. 2019

I applied through my University's career services portal. I first had to play a series of computer games to test my cognitive abilities. The first round interview was a phone call with a recruiter, which was fairly casual and easy. I then recorded a video of myself talking about an interesting technological trend. The second round phone interview was with someone from the investment team. The interview began several minutes late, and he spent most of the time asking me about an investment from the firm I had previously interned at, and the technology I had talked about in my video. He interrupted me many times throughout the interview, and generally acted like he was uninterested and had already decided that he didn't want me to move on in the process. When I asked him questions about the investments he had worked on, he acted like the answers were obvious. This experience was frustrating because I had spent a lot of time preparing for this interview, and think that I could have done well if I had spoken with someone else. I was not surprised to learn that I did not get an offer.

Applied for a Level One analyst position. Was contacted to interview in person with about four different people. Two were on the HR team that asked pretty basic interview questions (strength, weaknesses, why interested in this role, etc), while two senior analysts asked questions that were more focused on equity research. This was a pretty standard process based on other interviews for the same role that I've had with no surprises. I don't think you'd walk away knowing whether or not you'd want to specifically work at SIG based on the interviews though because there wasn't too much that showcased what the culture was like, but you'd certainly be doing equity research.
