J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Susquehanna International Group (Bala Cynwyd, PA)

I applied directly to the role through the website, but a recruiter actually reached out to me on LinkedIn before responding to my application. I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter a few days later and was then asked to come on site for an in-person interview. The in-person interview lasted lasted about three hours. I was given a tour of the office and spoke with several Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiters before speaking with the HR Director. I received an update within a week of the in-person interview that they decided to pursue other candidates for the role.
I would rate the interview process experience as being positive, because it was overall very quick with interview scheduling and feedback, however, the in person interview lasted a very long time without any breaks (I was not given an indication on how long it would last). I did ask to use the restroom at one point between interviewers, and that seemed to be okay.

It was a standard phone interview where she asked me questions and then after that informed me about the position. I was well informed about the position which I appreciated, as it was a very thorough overview.

Extremely formal and odd. They’d have one person leave the room then you’d be in the room for 5 minutes sitting there waiting for the next person. Felt like you were in being questioned at a police station

Pretty straight-forward questions, interviewers were very polite, described company and role very well, was given "project" to complete during interview process which was pretty time consuming. I was also asked "case study" question involving the day-to-day problems an RC might encounter.
