Process is very slow and can be drawn out over multiple weeks given the number of applicants SIG interviews regularly. Initial interview is a 30 minute phone screen with an internal recruiter. She uses that information to determine for which positions, if any, she will present you. Next is a 45 minute phone screen with the hiring manager. This will include behavioral and technical questions. If you get beyond this, you get to the hard stuff. The next interview is in-person over a 5 hour period. You will be interviewed by 4 pairs of developers (one after the other) and one or two senior managers. The developers will ask probing technical questions and might have you write code on a whiteboard. The senior managers will ask behavioral questions.
