Brief screening call, then 1 hr phone interview with basic probability/ stats/ programming questions (one of each). Followed by 1 week homework project, requiring knowledge of market volatility. I was rejected after this stage, with no feedback at all which seemed very unreasonable after them asking so much of the candidate. Phone interviewer was very friendly however and questions didn't aim to catch out.

The interview was online over Zoom. Started with standard questions on why do you want to work here and why would you be a good fit. Then most of the interview was performing a maths problem.

Just the paper test part, it's quite hard and need to be strong in math. You will need to do dozens of problem-solving math problems. Time is tight, and you need to be time sensitive, or you will miss several questions.

The interview process was smooth, with clear communication. Technical questions were challenging but fair, and interviewers were friendly. Timely updates were provided, but waiting between stages felt a bit long.
