The interview process with HR was very detailed. They started by asking you to introduce yourself, share your relevant experience, explain why you wanted to apply for this position, and why you chose this company. They also asked if you could adapt to a fast-paced work environment and if you were familiar with hygiene practices. Additionally, they explained the wages clearly. Everything was legal and transparent, and you could always email them with questions and receive prompt responses. (This interview took place when my store hadn’t been sold yet and was still under the original company. After it was sold, the process was no longer the same.) The entire interview was conducted in English. Although my English proficiency is not fluent, HR Kim was very patient and friendly, which made it easier for me to respond and left a great impression.
