Applied online and a recruiting coordinator reached out to me for a phone screen. After that, I had a video interview with one of the team members followed by 2 additional video interviews and a personality test. It was unnecessarily long and the people who interviewed me looked bored. They are looking for a certain "personality." If you're not white, don't apply here especially for the HR department.
