It was very straight forward and they let me know everything that was going on in each step. There was a phone screen followed by interviews with different employees of the company.

pretty lengthy process and the questions were a little weird. the owners were trying really hard to be like "google" but it's tough when your industry is plumbing. they also mentioned something about the employees sleeping there during a snowstorm or hurricane which seems a little extreme for a company that's not a hospital or care facility.
