The interview process was very comprehensive, consisting of around four rounds and a take-home assessment that evaluated project management skills within the company’s structure and processes. It provided a clear understanding of the role, the company, what they do, and how they work.

Te hacen una entrevista larga, un psicotecnico online y te hacen hacer un caso en 24 horas de 6 pasos. Se toman 10 dias para evaluarte y cuando te dicen que NO y pedis un feedback constructivo no te responden más. Alucinante como juegan con el tiempo de la gente.

The process included multiple interviews with the manager, peers, and stakeholders, a case presentation/home assignment, a data analysis pressure test, and 3 groups of cognitive/technical tests. The pacing was good and lasted only a few weeks from the first interaction.
