Applied online and got an invitation for a video interview (hirevue). The instructions were clear and it was designed to record your answers and submit them. I was given 10 questions (behavioral and technical) and for each question I had 3 tries to record my answers. I liked this format because it gave you time to really think about the answers and polish your answer. This method allows the candidate to come up with the best answer possible for each question, versus a traditional interview method, some may experience clamy hands, dry mouth and mentally going blank. Thus sometimes a great candidate can be missed because they might not have the best interview skills.
After submitting my video interview, I received a request for a second round of interview via phone. Second interview consisted of 1 recruiter and 1 manager and 1 peer. The questions were technical and behavioral but it was pretty good and semi-relaxed dialogue based interview.
Overall, it was a good experience.

Cumbersome hr portion, too many people for effective interview. Video screening is not very well setup and not much support for technical issues. Hiring manager didn’t seem
To have a lot of experience in the area.
