Calm, easy going, interviewed by 2 people for 45 mins each. Sunlife Financials Hr team is extremely professional and the process is very swift. Within a week, you get to know if you are in or not.

Rigorous 2 round interview, had some technical parts and some personality parts. Some questions are based on previous projects and they may ask for more explanations. Overall medium difficulty but is also dependant on who you get.
the interviewer is nice and arrange a good time slot for me based on my request. During the interview, we mostly use Cantonese and she asked the question about the future career you plan
Online assessment, phone interview then panel interview. Phone interview is with the recruiter and the panel interview schedule would be given by recruiter via text. Be prepared and you'll be fine. But don't be nervous!
