easy and very simple. Just a few questions. I received a phone call and they asked me to book a face to face interview the next day. Then the same person that called me was the hiring manager and we had a good conversation more than a regular interview
Managers and executives that I met were friendly, unpretentious. They were transparent with their thoughts about the company and where the industry was headed. They have been supportive of me as a relatively new loan officer.
