I was contacted by the recruiter, and talked to her first. She set me up to have a video interview with the Sr. Pm through Teams meeting, then had a panel interview with 4 members of the Project Team I would be assigned to.

The process began with a short phone interview with the recruiter, who then organized a video meeting with three members of a project team. I interviewed with each of those individuals for approximately 30 each.

Contacted by corporate recruiter when the position became available, which was months after our initial LinkedIn connection. (Yes, she remembered me!) Process moved very quickly -- Phone screen (during which I was asked/provided my salary range). Interview #1, two days after initial call (met separately w/Corp Recruiter, VP and Proj Mgr). Interview #2, two days later (group interview w/3 Sr. PAs). Offer extended the following day, following reference check.
Overall, I was very pleased with the process. Suffolk knew what they wanted/needed in a candidate and they acted on it promptly. (More companies should do the same!)
