apply online only, specific store numbers dont matter, if its in the area (within two miles of another one) then it might be in the same "area" from the franchise it was purchased from
pass the online test exam, particular questions about customer service, situations/issues, get a passing score and you will get a call from the General manager.
do not call the store you applied to, they dont know anything.
do not call the office you applied to, they are all apart in parts of the hiring process
when you are interviewed, casual wear not really business or required attire
it will be at one of the locations they own non specific
rates of hourly work, responsibilities, and hours of availability will be discussed.
then training/orientation, getting uniforms (not responsible to pay for) will occur at the their main office and you will be sent to a home store (may not be the one you applied to)
previously working for the company does give you a bump in hourly wage, not sure if that applied to all locations or franchises.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
can you multi task, taking care of customers while doing other things
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Entretien
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
