A pleasant phone interview discussing my experience and possible fit in the company. After the first interview, I was invited to a second phone interview with another person. That interview was more technical, asking me to explain technologies I have used in the past.

VP of Operations and owner called me directly within 2 days of sending in my resume. Great back-and-forth conversations, very informative. In-person panel interview and tour of the facility.
