Couple of stages - first stage is phone call , second stage from one of the managers who overlooks the employees with the same role but from different site.

Technical assessment was completed on how you understand problems, Gallup was the completed as a phone interview and a final round interview which was 5 topics in 5 different rooms

Entretien
Initial call with recruiter followed by an online test. This was a personality and behavioural test asking workplace scenario questions and what you would do, should they happen to you. If passed online test then got interviewed
