Fairly standard process. Talked on the phone with recruiter then the team lead. Went through another test screen but then ghosted. I followed up twice without any response from the recruiter. Any sort of communication about status would've been appreciated.
Easy phone interview, next steps are hiring manager interview, personality test, then team fit interview. Pretty standard process. These are additional words to hit the minimum requirement for glassdoor, so this entire sentence can be ignored by any potential job seekers.
