Entretien
First step is a phone conversation with the recruiter. He/she will ask basic questions to see if you are a good fit for the role, then if you are they will set you up with an interview with the regional managers. If that goes well, about a week later the recruiter will call you back and do an over-the-phone Gallup interview to assess your skills and strengths. Then if you have the right qualities, you get hired.

Intense and had 3 people but everyone was really nice back to back questions as well as taking a test. Classic interview questions liked there scheduling so you can pick the best time for you
There were two initial interviews (one over the phone with a recruiter, one over video with the hiring manager) a Gallup personality test, and a final interview. The whole process took about a month.

Very though to get into ASR role. They make you build lots of connections before you even start to interview. Very long drawn out process. To get to next steps you almost have to already have the position on the bag
