I had one in person interview that was set up through a recruiter. I’ve since withdrawn my application. They communicated that there would be multiple interviews. Ultimately declined to move forward.

If you could work for a company that had a widget that had a competitive advantage in the marketplace but no contacts or a widget that was just like everyone else with a database of contacts which one would you choose?
If you went to a bar and started talking to a random person, when they left what would their impression be or you? What misconceptions would they have of you?

I had only one interview with HR. In the interview, they asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, why I wanted to work at this company, and why I left my previous jobs.Also they said that candidates who passed this interview would have three more interviews.

Entretien
Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
