I only had one interview over the phone. She was very friendly and asked what I knew about the position and then explained what the job fully was. She then asked me to describe myself and said I'd be contacted for another interview.
1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.

30 min interview, gave overview of job and asked about 8-10 questions. Did not move on to next round but ended up interviewing for a different position. Just prepare and understand what the role is and you should be fine. Be confident in your answers.
