 I was given an assessment including two tests — a logical reasoning test and a personality test. I was genuinely impressed by how accurate the personality test was. In just twenty minutes it pinpointed my professional profile with remarkable precision and even gave me some useful self-insight.
 I then met with the hiring manager before completing a case study, which I presented to the team. Unfortunately, nerves got the better of me during the presentation — I froze and didn't do myself justice. I'd love a do-over on that one. Although I wasn't offered the role, it was a genuinely positive experience. The people at Stravito are highly intelligent, kind, and respectful, and the product is impressive.
