Applied to advertisement and was called in for interview. Had a 30 min chat and then was not called back to let me know either way. It was unclear what they needed for the role so I just sold myself as best I could. I got the sense it was a new role and they didn’t know what they needed.

Was asked to interview with no job description of what was required and still felt confused upon leaving. Never received a call to tell me if I was successful or not.
