Initial interview over the phone was focused on meeting the criteria of the job posting. A follow up face-to-face interview was scheduled in the business. Questions were thought provoking and challenging. They were based on finding out how you would handle different situations and how past experiences were handled. The primary area of focus was the ability to think and take action. It was directed at me and not about the company.
