First few stages of the interview process were actually good. More informal than a typical interview but does mean you get more of a feel of the company and role. However, my final interview was terrible and the worst one I've had in my life. The interviewer who I believe was the founder of the company was over 10 minutes late then when the call connected it was horrible service meaning I couldn't clearly follow what was happening because he was in another country. I then had an extremely short interview whilst he walking on busy streets to find somewhere to speak to me and then I was contacted by my recruiter saying I didn't get the job. That interview was heavily biased against me, the conditions were unfair and I was not given a fair shot after all the work put into the prior interview stages. waste of time
