One interview with an HR personnel, basic questions about saleswork, also tests language skills. Employee referral probably helped. 1-1 structured interview, makes sense to familiarize oneself with Stockmann's sales proposal, the department you're applying in and the selection they offer, and have a vision of what kind of a salesperson you are.
