After applying, I got a call from the District Manager to set up an interview. We met in person, talked, I filled out some background paperwork. The DM then set up a second interview for me with the Regional Vice President. This interview was done over the phone.
After that, the DM asked me to submit a copy of my paycheck stub and contacted my references.

Entretien
There were two interviews. The first was an in-store interview with a manager (could be the current store manager, a guest store manager, or assistant manager). I interviewed with the assistant manager. The second interview was on the phone with the regional manager, if they are traveling it could be in person.

You meet with the store management and have a traditional interview. They ask you questions to see if you have integrity and also to inquire about any work experience you may already have within retail.
