Everything started well and my interviewer was great. We had a phone interview and then an in-person interview. The issue is that through the entire process he boasted about transparency and keeping communication open both ways. However, he gave me a date he expected me to hear back and then he never actually got back to me. Its always frustrating to not hear back after an interview, but having made it to the final round of interviews and then having the hiring manager talk about how he wanted to be fully transparent as he made his decision and then not hear back is really frustrating. I followed up with him multiple times, wanting to even just be told if I didn't get the job, but he still never got back to me. 0 communication from anyone.
