I interviewed just for the first round. nothing special. i asked to move up the second round interview because of another job offer and they would not accommodate. They do not recruit for analysts except through summer analyst class. Anaylst program was not very old.

2 interviews with two different people on team. Make sure you have a good understanding of their venture activities: i.e. fund of funds, secondaries, and co-investments. It is not a direct investment venture capital firm.

Easy asked behavioral questions. nothing really too nuanced just wanted to know why Baltimore and why venture capital. They don't really get technical probably good to know they're platform and how they make money.
Straight forward, show interest in VC, show interest in Baltimore for long-term, be yourself. It was 2 rounds I think (I interviewed 2 years ago so can't remember that well)
