Not bad, but long. This company is HOT and they know it. Be prepared to be strung along for 2 months, but it could be worth it in the end. Started out with an interview with the Director of Recruitment, she told me all about the company and then the typical “tell me about yourself” and “how do you sell” questions. At the end she told me it would be a painless interview process… two months into the later I have now come to realize what she meant by this. It was a SIMPLE process but not FAST, everyone was amazing. Second interview with with the VP of Sales, talked about my background and the position in more detail. The first 2 are extremely personable and easy to get along with. Then the final interview was with the Owner and CEO. They are much more reserved and analytical, but that is to be expected at their level. Overall it was a positive experience and I’m excited to get started.
