I applied online and I received a call 2 days later performing the first interview at the moment. Then they called me back to say that i passed to the 2nd step. Some days after the 2nd interview i received an email saying that they chose someone else. The 3d interview would have been face to face.

At the 2nd they asked financial questions like what is a bond, main elements of financial statement and situations at work, how I handled difficult situation and expected salary again with imminent deadline.

2)Phone call with basic concepts plus questions regarding what would you do if I will find in this situation?
3) Video call technical concepts, really basic
