I applied online and afterwards got an e-mail to sign an affidavit to continue the process. I then got an e-mail with links to complete tests, typing and personality type material. I then got an e-mail to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was professional and to the point. Answer questions in STAR format. Got the job offer on the spot!
