I signed up at career fair, was a Sophomore at the time, had some experience with website development, got an interview scheduled. Came in and talked about my past work experience, need at least 3.0 GPA, and having past experience really helps I feel. There is no technical questions, all behavior questions, don't come empty handed I know a lot of Android app developers that got an internship simply by showing them an app they made on their phone.
