The interview process was handled very professionally. I was interviewed by two people both who work in the IT department at State Farm. They were both extremely friendly and welcoming. I was asked both behavioral questions and technical questions. When I seemed stuck on a question they were happy to guide me in the right direction or answer and questions I had about the question.
