It was a Hirevue interview (one-way video interview without a human) and a test - typing speed/accuracy test and simulation test. The Hirevue interview was 7 questions. One is the basic "tell us about yourself, 5 are "Tell us about a time..." behavioral questions. You are supposed to answer in STAR format (google it). The last one was a general "is there anything else you want to share?" They were pretty common and general questions, nothing too difficult or weird. You get one do-over for each answer if you mess up. Just have at least 7 different stories from your work history and format them into STAR format, and if you don't have a good example, make up a story lol. For the simulation test, it is mostly testing your ability to listen to specific information from a phone call and type it at the same time accurately. e.g. you are pretending you are a sales rep and a customer is calling you with their billing info and mailing address etc. and you just type all that into the form. Very easy. About a week after I did the Hirevue interview and typing test, a talent acquisition rep emailed me to set up a phone call, then we had the phone call the next day where she offered me the job.

Give us an example of times where you used these skills to a high degree. Tell us about a time when you had a customer that was demanding. Tell us about a time where you had to handle multiple tasks at once, how did you handle it all? Tell us about a time where you had to make a decision between multiple options. How did you come to your decision, what was the result, do you think it was the right decision? Is there anything else we did not ask you about that you would like to share with us?

Virtual recorded interview is first after passing typing test. Second, interview is with an HR Rep. It is not a full interview but giving an over view of the position and expectations. After that is discussed, you are asked if the job is something you are still interested in. Offers are sent in writing.

I first received a 7 question hirevue video interview. I didn't hear back after 2 weeks so I responded with one of the emails with a follow up. A day later I received an email for "candidate conversation" which was very relaxed. After that I had an interview with two questions regarding claim processing and was offered the job the next day.
