J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Standard Chartered Bank (Bengaluru) en sept. 2019
Entretien
SC is hiring in Change cum Business Analyst for their Capital CoE teams. I had a total of 3 rounds (including onshore) which spanned for 4weeks. Initially I was asked to come down over the weekends for the interviews which I had agreed to. At the very start I had clarified with the HR (Ritika Raj) whether I would fit the position in terms of designation and payband. All my technical interviews went well; infact my last round where they rejected me also went well (if you are a SME in your area you will know if you are answering the panel correctly). so I cannot understand why they would reject my candidature that too in their final round. When I asked for feedback - there was no response for the HR (understandable and very typical). My point is not around being rejected - but if an candidature is sharing their precious time for prospective company atleast have the courtesy to do a feedback process. Secondly, check if the potential candidate is a right fit at the start (it wnt make sense to hire someone as SM with 9yrs exp when others in the team in similar band have 12+ yrs). But glad to inform that I have received similar feedback from other colleagues being interviewed by StanChart
