1) 30-minute phone screen with team lead, mostly working the way through my resume. Asking about projects, challenges, personal approaches to tackling problems
2) Over 2-hour in person, on-site technical interview with team lead and senior member of the team.
2a) 1-hour typical coding challenges on HackerRank in OO language of choice
2b) 15-minutes basic SQL question
2c) 15-minutes Dockerfile optimization
2d) 1-hour architecture

The hiring manager even did see my resume but give the online test already, although I pass the online test, but failed in the interview with hiring manager as experience does not match.
