Feedback for candidates: the recruiters at block only seem to care about their placement quota. If you do not get selected, they will send a "no reply" email. Even if you email the recruiter, asking for insights/feedback, they won't bother to respond at all. So make to be careful with how much effort you put into this hiring process.
