I've interviewed at two different Sprouts, but both experiences were rather similar. Basic questions about your background, job experiences, and, how they will connect to this current position. The interviewers also asked those generic "Tell me about an experience where you went above and beyond". I thought both interviews went well and the interviewers indicated that it went well, but I never received a follow up call or an email offer sheet.

The interview process was good. I didn't wait too long to be interviewed and it was quick and efficient. The man who interviewed me was nice and respectful. Overall It was a good experience.
