I went for a hiring event after I had applied online. There was a lot of people in line for interviews, but the interviews were about 5-10 minutes. The store manager was doing the interviews. It was really easy. Basically he asked all of the questions that were on the application+ he asked why Sprouts. I got a call about a week and a half or two weeks later. There was a brief phone interview basically asking if I was comfortable with customer service and stuff. Once they called the rest of the process took like a week from background check to orientation.
