I applied online and within a week an HR person conntaced me for a phone interview. After the phone interview with HR I received an email a couple hours later asking if I could interiew with the hiring manager the next day via phone. I had an interview with the hiring manager and one other person on the team. The hiring manager and team member had a very superior attitude during th the whole conversation like they were better than me. I followed up a few days later with the HR person and have not heard anything. I have moved on and know in the future that Sprouts is not the type of company I would work for.
