The first part was a telephone interview. Then I was invited to do a one on one interview with a sales manager. After the one on one I shadowed an agent.

The process was easy and the interviews were virtual. The information presented in the interview was not entirely accurate. They did not tell me that the position required 45 hrs min a week and during various times that would be more.
