The interview process was smooth and well organized. Communication with the HR team was quick and clear throughout every stage, I received feedback after interview, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated the engagement and support during the process - whenever I had questions, I received helpful responses quickly, including outside of standard channels. The technical interview and conversation with the manager were both conducted in a friendly and professional atmosphere. It was a very positive candidate experience and I felt respected and well informed throughout the process.

I was surprised to receive a response regarding my recruitment status, even if it wasn't approved. Thanks to this, I know what I can improve and what to work on in the future.The recruitment process itself wasn't strenuous and was very flexible in terms of meeting dates.If I have the opportunity in the future, I'll try again.
