Afte you fill out the application, they will call you up. On the phone, they will ask several questions, simple and easy ones. Then, they'll call you back (or right then) to schedule an interview. If you get called in, you're basically hired... except if you fail the background check.

I submitted my resume, completed a brief phone screen with HR, underwent a technical assessment, followed by two rounds of video interviews with the team, culminating in a final offer negotiation.
Very simple. I text the required number got a call the very day morning form a requiter
she asked basic questions and scheduled an interview for the filling day. Management also asked basic questions retail experience how many years. The manger made it easy very nice personable.
