Initial interview with the receuiter went well, pleasant and scheduled the second interview with the hiring manager within hours. The HM told me they would get back to me in a couple of days max. A month later, two follow-ups, still crickets. Don't understand why it's so hard to send at least a generic email rejecting the candidate.
