Questions d'entretien chez Spectrum Surgical Instruments

Following a very positive initial telephone screening with the recruiter, including questions such as "describe a time when you went above and beyond the call", I was told to expect to hear from the VP next. After three weeks passed, I contacted the recruiter, who informed me, unapologetically, that the position had been filled, without anyone bothering to notify me. Based on glassdoor reviews of this company, this seems par for the course.
