      Fairly quick I believe that they are in a hire surge! Which is good and bad at the same time. Good because they are hiring extremely fast in which I am thankful and bad because it makes you wonder why are they hiring so many. But anyways. Lets begin, I saw this position posted on social media. I looked over it and thought I match the requirements. I applied Monday at 3am took a Virtual Job Tryout assessment, later that Monday at 4pm I received a text message letting me know that a recruiter would like to speak to me furthermore on the position I had recently applied for. We set up a call the very next day Tuesday. The recruiter was extremely friendly. I would rate her service 100% I enjoyed the time spent on going over the role and what is expected, the pay, schedule, and 6 weeks training . I was also asked follow up questions about myself. Providing information about my background experience and why I would like to work for the company, how did I learn about this position ect. After we went through a few situational questions. I was told that they would like to move me to the next step, which was a virtual interview I was told that It would happen that same day! I got super nervous at this point seeing how quickly things unfolded. But all for a good reason. I proceeded on scheduling my virtual interview later that day, the recruiter, the supervisor and myself logged into the virtual chat. There I was able to get better acquainted with the supervisor where we spoke more about the role and expectations. With a series of 5 situational questions all in the STAR method ( look up STAR method). This took about 20 mins. I made sure to think my responses through and made sure each part of the STAR method was answered. I was extremely content of my interviewer, the interviewer was full of energy, fully engaged in conversation. Made the process very laid back ( I was super nervous though) Lastly after all was said and done. I was told "You Got The Job, we would love for you to be part of our team!" I said what, What just happened! " You Got the job" I jumped for Joy. I believe everything happens for a reason. highly blessed and Favored. Screening interview 3 questions Virtual Interview 5 Questions The whole process took 1 day. training is scheduled for late Aug 2020

      Pretty great, the phone screen made it simple so it was more so about bonding with the manager which went well. If you have an upbeat personality then I would recommend.

      Lengthy immediate response questions. Really simple interview with all customer service related questions. All based on what would you do responses. Not very difficult. Asked easy questions that let you think. About 5 total questions trying to see how you’ll respond to spectrums high-stress environment.

      Comfortable online video setting. Smartphone compatible as well! 3 part interview process. 1st for common interests, second is for comprehension to the job role and responsibilities, third is with final hiring manager and recap of common interests and role duties.
