4 stage interview Hr, culture, skills and partner. All went really well and the team members were all great. However, they advertised a job that in the end wasn’t available. After the last stage HR got in contact and said an offer was expected next day, no offer came through just 2 days of silence. Eventually I did get an email saying unfortunately they are doing a round of promotions internally and at this time they are too ‘top heavy’ to take on another team member. They will supposedly reconnect with me in the summer. Felt very disingenuous and a complete waste of time. You should be absolutely certain a position is available before running 4 stages of interviews. I held out on accepting an offer elsewhere as Spaulding was my first choice - seems like I dodged a bullet. Contact was fairly minimal throughout the process, though from my experience you do eventually get a reply.

Very unprofessional screening call, recruiter showed up late and did not prepare beforehand. Very inconvenient interview, not because of questions but due to unprofessionalism and disrespectfulness. Quite opposite culture than what I have expected
