The process was relatively easy and straight-forward. After the application was submitted, I received a call to set up a phone interview with a recruiter. After the phone interview, I received an in-person interview. If you do not live in Dallas, they will fly you out for the interview. The in-person interview included someone from HR and the hiring manager.
