First was with HR over the phone; second was with loan managers; and third was with the hiring managers. All interviewers asked credit analysis questions such as how do you calculate DSCR; what is EBITDA; and what information should be included in a credit analysis report.

The interviews were basic behavioral questions and some accounting knowledge. It was more of conversation to see if you fit their culture/team. One phone call in the beginning then zoom with multiple people.
