The first interview was over the phone with (out-of-town). The District Manager asked behavioral interview questions. The second interview was in person with same District Manager and a Store Manager. The third interview was with Regionsl Manager. The interview process is based on your selling, leadership and customer service skills.

Interviewed with district manager both on the phone and in person the next step was interviewing over the phone with the regional manager. In total the interviewing process was approximately 90 days

I was emailed by Dm about a SM opportunity. I reached out to her after i had a job offer taken back by another Chico's company WHBM. Met with a local Sm. Not really formal, but the interview went really well. All typical scenario and leadership questions were asked... Never heard anything back.
