I was interviewed by a lady who told me that she had no idea why she was interviewing me. It was obvious that the "big cheese" was too busy at that moment. It consisted of some really basic questions about my experiences and really easy questions such as "how would you motivate a student" and other "what would you do if's?" After she was done, the owner came in and asked me to move seats because he wanted to sit in the one I was sitting in. I couldn't help but think it was some kind of psychological game to see how I would react. He said he was impressed with my experience and liked the fact that I was wearing a suit.
